Practical photography from adolescence and very inspired by contemporary art

(Rothko, Agnes Martin) and experimental photography (Moholy-Nagy)

From the beginning (1990) approach of photography as a continuous field of experience, concentrated on the matter, the deformation, the luminous reflections, the transparent prisms.

The photographic projects are organized like linguistic approaches, the discovery of a culture, a vocabulary … a way to apprehend the visual messages as would be “literary news”

More and more (2000> 2010), the music (Acousmatic, Contemporary) becomes very important in the working process, which allowed installations mixing photographs (Exposé or projected) and music simultaneously. Similarly, the representation of nature, as an organic vector and material to work, remains a permanent source of inspiration.

The recent orientations (2010> Today) are a questioning on the approach of the “subject” and the “distance” in photography. As a result, an approach to the exploration of new fields of expression, which totally breaks with a photographic formalism (Portrait, landscape, macro, situation), by playing on visual perceptions (Experimental Photographic Laboratory) generally in an immersive way, by approaching especially blur as a new field of experimentation in its own right.
